summertime in the wintertime
I've been neglecting my blog yet again. I back to back fairs just this weekend and it was Dan's and Sayaka's birthdays so I'm only getting things sorted now. Well, somewhat.
Because we weren't able to properly celebrate Dan's birthday (I had the farmer's market and Dan worked all day) we were supposed to go to the shooting range with friends today. I had it all planned out, with sandwiches made, themed targets and such but people cancelled literally at the last minute. I can't say I was completely pleased about that after all the effort I put in. However, it is such a super hot day and being that the range was outdoors in the foothills I'm glad I was spared another heatstroke.
So I'm home a bit unsure what I have to do as today was dedicated to birthday celebrations. I was just loitering about, munching on the food I prepped for the party and then I decided to take on some admin work I had for Saturday. Hot days confuse the hell out of me, I'll give you that. Ladeedah.
