EVERYONE i don't care who you are. if you like me or hate me. i want everone to comment on this. i need people's opinions on 2 things.
1) marching band last year i went with this person everytime. afterwards i kept all of my marching shit in their car. we had a parade on sunday and i called this person up and said hey.. all of my marching shit is in your car. can you bring it all to the parade. i left it all in there when we had marching band.
so they AGREED and remembered me leaving it all in there. WEll it so happens that the only thing in there was my hat and my pants. there was no top. i have to turn in the top and hat to the school. if i don't i don't get a report card. And i'll have to pay a lot of money for it. ALSO if i don't pay or turn it in i won't be able to graduate.
So after it comes up missing this person claims that they never had it after marching band and it's in my possesion somewhere. i don't have it. i left it in their car. yes i did check everywhere in my house for it as well just to make sure. it's no where. the only place it can be in somewhere in their possession but they're now claiming they don't have it.
what should i do?
and the last thing...
2) i was going to go to plado's closet and sell some clothes with these 2 girls. i had 3 bags full of clothes. we called the place and it was closed SO we decided we'd go another day so we all left our clothes in the car. later me and one girl went to sell some clothes. i had left one bag in the car on accident and i brought 2 in with me. i sold half a bag of clothes for $17. the rest of the clothes i put back in the car. i was going ot come back with my other bag some other day. And sell my other clothes some place else.. or try plado's closet again. So... a while went by and we hadn't gone back and these clothes are still in her car.. my mom told me that i needed to get them back.
so i called the girl and said hey do you still have my clothes? and she said no.. the other girl has them at her house.
i asked the other girl IN PERSON if she had them at her house and she said yes.
so i'm talking to this girl online later and the convo went something like this
me-can i have my clothes
girl-i don't know where they are
m-what do you mean you don't know where they are
g-I DON"T KNOW WHERE THEY ARE
m-well who has them
g-I DON't KNOW AND I DON't CARE!
m- you told me they were at your house
g-yeah well they aren't
m-then where are they?
g-I DON'T KNOW me and ____ were cleaning out her car and figured they were old and ragidy so we got rid of them
...yes they threw all my clothes away
oh and let me tell you what was thrown away.
clothes that people bought me that i never had a chance to wear.
clothes that i wore once
clothes that i grew out of
clothes that were too big so i never wore them
some lame clothing that i would expect to be sold at a regualr thrift store
unworn pants for hot topic
a couple pairs of jeans
nice dress up black pants that i always wore to band concerts
sweaters
plaid button up shirts that were cute
belts
boots
purses
yes all that stuff...
what should i do about this situation?
i didn't put names because i didn't want people taking sides because of the person it deals with.
