So...I went to see my doctor yesterday for what I thought was a routine check up. When my blood work all came back, I discovered that I have been losing massive amounts of blood again and my blood level is dangerously low. My white blood cell count and sedrate are both high, so things are not getting better as i thought they were. In fact, they are getting worse. So now I am on new medication to help find the source of the lost blood and slow it down. If this medication doesn't work in 3 weeks, then I may have to have another blood transfusion and will be in the hospital again under observation. On the plus side, my doctor heard of an experimental treatment for lupus, so we're trying to get me into it. But that won't happen until spring or summer, so keep your fingers crossed, maybe we can find a cure. Also, if any of you get a chance, donate blood. I need it!
