My Lawrence Block obsession is at a head. Just got done reading "Hit List" and now I want to re read the first Keller book "Hit Man". I have to digress though. Currently reading "A walk among the tombstones". The third Scudder novel I've read by Block. I purchased "8 Million ways to die" as well, which is going back in chronological order, but it introduces Scudder's Pal Mick Ballou (who goes to the Butcher's mass in his dad's bloodied butcher's apron). Really good stuff. I'm afraid I like Block better then Elmore Leonard and Matthew Lawrence. Best crime fiction I've ever read.

Whilst in the bookstore I came upon a book about gnomes. I wanted it but the price was 16 dollars. Perhaps soon. It looked interesting. I'm also on the hunt for myths and folklore involving death, ghosts and monsters. Unfourtunatly I couldn't find an irish book and the others didn't seem as interesting (arabian nights, american folklore and legend). There was a Scottish book of folklore but I have no idea what that would entail. I'm not up for reading fairy tales. Just looking for inspiration.
