Aloysia Virgata has an amazing series that deals with with the first time they are together, which occurs during Per Manum (mid-late season 7). The first installment is called Nosce Te Ipsum. In total, there are 4 stories which start with the Per Manum events and go through till Existence. All four (Nosce Te Ipsum, In A Yellow Wood, The Shrine Whose Shape I Am, and Breeding Lilacs Out Of The Dead Land) can be found here:

I HIGHLY recommend the "Lara's Favorites" Recommendations By Laura page. Not only are her picks really great, but she provides thoughtful summaries and helpful information about each recommendation. I don't think it's been updated in years and some of the stories that are linked externally are not there any more, but Gossamer can solve that problem for you.
