to this

First I take this two images from http://www.xfphotos.fredfarm.com and I resize them down to the size I want. Then I postion them like this...

Hit Ctrl+E to merge the two bases together

Then I sharpened the base once and then blurred each of thier faces at 26% with a small round brush. Then I sharpened each base just at the lips at 26% with a small round brush.

Copy the base once in a new layer and set to screen at 60%.

Copy the base once in a new layer and set it to soft light. Desaturate that layer.

It should look something like this.

Now make a new layer and flood fill it with # e4ceaf. Set to Multiply at 100%.

Should look like

Now make a new layer and flood fill it with #fddac0. Set to Multiply at 100%

Should look like

Now make one more layer and flood fill it with #b4fcf3. Set to Color Burn at 100%.

Should look like

Add some text or whatever and you're done.

Here's the layer palette:

This was the original and this is the new one.
