Strong X Hearts
so it looks like i'm working for a new all-vegan (and all sxe) vegan baking company. Strong Hearts Baking Co.
whats awesome is that its a new DIY oriented, ethical company. and one that really needs someone to come in and provide structure from the ground up. the baking is there (and its super-awesome), but they lack the "business mind" (or whatever you want to call it) to really get things moving. which is kind of my thing, along with graphic design and all of that.
the company has only been around a month or two and is already pretty much at capacity, and keeps getting more interest and orders. i think a big part of my job is going to plan out the growth and make sure things go as smoothly as possible. pretty exciting.
they're also pushing me to move to California to do a lot of this work and be a sales rep., but we'll see how that goes. i don't know if i have it in me to move, as much as i would probably love it out there. right now i'm thinking of just trying to be out there at least one week per month when we get things really moving, and keep Indy as the home base. just have to see how things go.
pretty stoked, but i have my work cut out for me.
