what was new years? was it really a new year?
ive reached the realization that time is entirely irrelevant. things like, its "dinner time", i shouldnt have cereal, that was to be had earlier today. its 2 in the afternoon, im not supposed to sleep now, that comes later. well, if youre tired, why not sleep?
we dont live for however many years. we do not live a lifetime; we live a lifespan.
when i was born, i was born. at what time and on which date it took place does not matter. i will not live to be 86, 45, 62...i will be here for a strech of "time" and thats all there is to life. given that my dreams of reincarnation are real, i will then return, at some point, and leave not long after that.
so really, on january 1st, did you witness a new year? did things look so different from the day before?
on january 1st, 2000, did all those hover cars appear like everyone predicted? was i the only one that pictured the new millenium to be a real-life Reboot?
