*I was never good at talking..

so yesterday was like the best day of my life.
the whole family went downtown so i could play the guitar i was hoping to buy, and ratt was looking for a danelectro as well. we went to this long&mcquade that was near bayview i think.
the guy that was helping us was the sweetest guy ever. his brother goes to huron, and is my age, and i totally recognized his name but couldnt find him in the year book anywhere. he was a fusion of chris steele and beedjer.
id done my research and decided on the guitar featured below. the only problem was that there didnt seem to be any in the area in the colour that i wanted (the right one), which is why i was so shocked to see this guy pull out a brand new one, never played, right out of the most fully loaded godin softcase id ever seen.
i plugged in and started rockin out hard. i already knew what it would feel and sound like, but i felt an instant attraction to this guitar in particular.
to be honest, i thought it was all staged. you know, parents saying "i dunno alex, we cant find one anywhere!" and things like "theres an 8 week waiting period!", when all along they knew it was there. i tried to keep a straight face as he showed it to me for the first time, but apparently they hadnt planned it at all, which im still having trouble believing. it just all worked out too perfectly.
there are normal pickups, as well as an acoustic pickup. tap harmonics sound like icicles dropping when you do them through the acoustic pickup.
i couldnt have gotten a guitar of this calibre at a better time in my life.
thank you so much mom & dad.

You are mine.
