my gf touched me down there again today after she said she wouldnt yesterday. tried to finger me but i just tensed up, whimpered and pulled her fingers out. she tried again later and i just thought fuck it, il let her. i let my uncle so why the hell not. she was in me for like a  minute then i told her no and nearly had a panic attack. im in shock

I also have problems with intimacy due to flashbacks. That is normal. I hope you can receive some good therapy and your girlfriend is patient with your recovery.Hugs.

They didnt really bother with me in therapy to be fair :( what way do you struggle?

I have trouble with intimacy, like I get flashbacks and panic inside when guys touch me sometimes. So it is very hard to have a relationship...Unless I find an extremely patient/understanding man!

They never got bk to me ,well really slow at it. And same thank god beckys patient. The amount of times iv cried during sex!

How does Becky deal with your intimacy probs? I'm just wondering because I've never had anyone know/care about the fact that I have problems doing intimate things.
