I found a reason

Some of the most beautiful
So yesterday, Saturday, I spent my day helping abandoned exotic animals along with Meredith and Katherine.  Some may not think that its a great way to spend their weekend.  But let me tell you.  It was a GREAT way to spend my weekend.  It felt so good doing something for another living being especially when it is so beautiful.  We got to de-vine one of the animals cages.  Doesnt sound so hard right?  HA.  That vine was a bitch.  It was so thick and intwined itself in between each and every link of the fence.  But it was all worth it becase after words we got to go see all the kitties (and by kitties I mean large animals that can kill you).  Here are just some of the 110 pictures I took.

THAT is what we had to de-vine.  And that wasn't even one of the worst sides.

Meredith with a machete.. yes thats what I said.  We got to use machetes.

Meredith and I on top of the cage.  It wasn't easy.  Later I found out that the metal poles that I felt safe on, were not even fastned into the ground...

Our only source of water.

This little fella kept sticking its nose out to say hi to me while we were working.  Its called a Binturong.

This poor Serval had to be isolated for a little while because he was getting grumpy and being mean to the others.  For the most part the animals had many acres to run on though.  He stands so perfectly its beautiful.

The Oscelots were SO cute.  They almost looked like cats... that could kill you.

Kiniki was a caracal.  They had very pretty faces.

Merediths ass

The white tiger.  She was very proud.

Tex

Romeo.  Look at those marking on his face..

I love all of them

This was the 9 month year old cub.  His name was Raja.  Like from aladdin!
Some one had dropped him and his sister off in a parking lot..

He was fiesty and he followed us around.  Aww I miss him.

How could anyone ever abuse or abandon any sort of creature?
I could never hurt a face like that.
