After being in Europe you realize 99.9% of people smoke smoke there and right now I can't even look at cigarettes without getting a full body twitch. Plus the whole episode featuring bugs in your throat? GAG GAG. I like this episode; it's Skinner-heavy in the sense that it's his case, his responsibility, and that Mulder and Scully are needed on it so it's pretty neat and they all work well together that way. But it's not an overwhelming Skinman ep either, so that's good too (from someone who's not a fan of his featured episodes much).
Poor Mulder gets his lungs sucked out and it makes me cringe in sympathy. I love the way Scully is over him. And how HOT are they both in this? So hot and yet so adorable. I love them so much.
I kind of loled at Daryl's yellow walls and smokey apartment - Nan, is that you? I like the reveal that he doesn't get harmed because he's such a heavy smoker and the connection with the All Saviour! Nicotine. If it weren't for it, we would have lost poor Mulder *sniff*. Oh and I liked the whole idea of trying to make a genetically safer cigarette, now that is an intriguing idea.
One of my favourite fics post-Brand X?
Narida Law's Gradual Precipitation *ahem* Read it if you haven't before. But only if you're at least 18.
