- So much flirting! Several of you are on my flist and probably remember me flailing about this a couple weeks ago, so I'll skip the details, but... omg the flirting!
- I love when they're on the phone and Mulder comes up behind Scully on the street and says, "Oh, around..." and then, "Hey, nice outfit!"
- Mulder trying to fix the pipe and then falling through the floorboards is so funny! Scully's reaction is priceless.
- I love Henry's contraptions, the one in his apartment and the K'Nex one in Richie's room. Reminds me of the old board game Mouse Trap. I bet those were fun for the props department to build, lol.
- It's also fun to see Mulder recreating the crime scene and the series of events that occurred to result in the mobster hanging from the ceiling fan, lol.
- Shia LaBeouf is so tiny! I swear I watched this entire episode without knowing that was him ( ... )

I don't think the S7 Sexin started until all things. I'm a true believer in that, though people have their other theories. I guess nobody really knows, huh! We just all (well, nearly all) know that somewhere in there they started hittin' it.
So I am with you on the less tense build toward ATTHS.
I have to watch that car scene again!! I didn't know that about the haircut.

I REALLY believe the all things theory too, but you're right, we'll never know for certain. That's why I love reading fanfic for these episodes, it gives a lot of interesting perspective on them and a lot of different theories. I love it.

"a lot of different theories"
i.e.
"a lot of different positions...on the subject."

I love the Mulder and Scully smiles over the devices. They are such beautiful nerds, those two. I find the darker good standalones to be more memorable than lighter ones such as this, but it really isn't a bad episode and not just because of the adorable Mulder and Scully stuff.

I really feel that they are casually shagging at this point, but I suppose I could see arguments for the Millennium kiss just making clear to them that they could get physical without the world falling down or their partnership changing in a negative way... so all the giddiness in these episodes would tend to be them dancing around each other in an excited way, knowing that the other digs them in that way and that it could possibly be leading to things that you know both have fantasized about for years.

Heh you know, the rewatch has let me open up my mind (I was and am STUCK and steadfast on the all things theory) and I'm starting to see how it could be possible at around this time of the series for them to be sleeping together. Alas we'll never know.

OMG! Have a fabulous time!

SQUEE! I'm still high from it.

I have an affection for this episode. Its kinda silly, really cute and I just ... like it. A lot.

I really like that Scully is being super-cute and relaxed (and flirty :oP) in the S7 episodes, she makes some jokes in this episode. *hearts Scully*

I was thinking to myself when watching. Scully got a look at her Mulder's future domestic life when he was fixing the pipe (this is the future domestic life I create for them in my head) and Mulder is a really crappy handyman. LOL.

Oh! Scully also beat Henry at cards. Did anyone else notice that and feel like me that it was kind of important? Maybe Scully ruined his luck because she is immortal? LOL. I dont know where I am going with this.

I'll have to go back and check the car scene now, but this haircut thing interests me because - and I dont think I posted on the ep post - but her hair looks oddly short at the end of Amor Fati, much like the Orison hair. And it goes back to being long with the episode mix ups. Oy.

Heh. I can see that in their future (present?) lives for sure.

I find the fact that Scully beat Henry really interesting as well. I don't really subscribe to the Immortal Scully theory but I DO think she probably is a huge part of saving the world maybe in some way and this lucky/card thing could be an indication of it. Or something.

Yeah man, the hair continuity is AWFUL with the ep switching, for sure.

Haha! I'm not sure I subscribe to the Scully-is-immortal idea either, I just think its neat that a throw away comment became referenced in a few ways, with all kind of (unintentional) incidents through the series. I dont know if this is one of them, I was rambling! What do I know? LOL. But I think that maybe there is something more to Scully beating Henry at the card game than just her luck - or maybe not.

Or maybe she's just been getting REALLY lucky with Mulder lately and it spilled over. Uh huh.
