How many 20,000+ fics could your realistically help with?: Two
(The following will help authors find a beta who is compatible with their personal needs.)
What are your strengths as a beta (e.g. Grammar, Characterization, Story Background, Research, Cheerleading, etc.)? Definitely grammar. I'm also an expert at spotting spelling errors and typos. I'm a great cheerleader, and I'd totally spam your inbox if you'd like.xD Characterization is my forte, and I'm great with dialogue and weird POV's. If you're writing in second person, I'm your girl.
What is your weakest point as a beta? I didn't watch S9 in its entirety, so yeah. I may also miss some tense mistakes if they aren't too obvious. It would be helpful if you indicate at the start what tense you'll be using.
Do you prefer to beta for slash, gen, or het? Het and gen only, please. If you must, I'm more comfortable with femmeslash.
In which fandoms could you expertly beta a crossover? Oh dear, I have a lot of fandoms and I can't possibly name them all. A crossover with Battlestar Galactica would be awesome though./totally not biased.
What story ratings are you comfortable with (e.g. G, PG, Pg-13, R, or NC-17)? Any is fine with me, though I work best if it's R and below.
Any story kinks you can not work with (e.g. rape, insest, character death, chia pets, torture, etc.)? No cruelty against old people, babies, and animals.
