No idea what or who this is supposed to be. but I think the transparent
skirt is pretty cool. *gives self a granola bar for figuring out how to
do it*
How do I do it, you ask? You didn't? Oh well. Tough.
First I do a rough skeleton in a light colour. (I usually use blue). I
block in the body and hair and plot out where stuff like the nose and
eyes and stuff go with lines. (Yaaay, lines.)
Very simple. Then I do the real outline, either with black or the
colour of the respectable feature, on a new layer. This one I did with
colour.
Then I delete the layer of the blue skeleton and get:
A nice outline. The only thing left to do is colour and add whatever effects I want. Yay!
(Yes, I'm aware her left shin is wonky, I did this in a hurry)
