As some of you may know, I went to and dropped out of Anthem College.
"Woah! Woah! Woah! You went to college?", some of you may say. Yes, I certainly did. Not only that, I even moved all the way to Arizona earlier this year and moved back a little more than a week ago; I wasn't gone terribly long. Now, why did I move back? Simple. It was one of the most horrifying experiences of my life.
The school itself wasn't bad. It was just nothing at all like they said it would be like. I went there for animation 'cause I was TOLD that all I would study there would be animation. Silly me, I believed them. As it turns out, my course of study would be Graphic Design and one or two classes of animation. Keep in mind that each class only lasts about a month. Ehh... It's not that Graphic Design is a horrible major, 'cause it isn't. I just want to be an animator, darn it. Anyways, so I guess that was pretty bad, but that wasn't the worst of it by any stretch of the imagination.
With that in mind, I give you advice. You can either choose to take it or pummel it with a blunt object of sorts. Although, I've no idea why you'd choose the latter, you evil sadist. I digress... So, as I was saying, NEVER room with people whom you never met before and don't trust! That is a sure way to starve! Rarely does anyone, aside from yourself, pay for food. Yes, I'm looking at you Ed and Josh. Well, mostly Josh. It's not that I don't like my former roommates (except for freakin' Josh), it's just tough when you're the only one paying for stuff, you know? Well, actually, Ken payed for all his stuff, so he's exempt from this whole paragraph.
My roommates Ed and Ken were pretty awesome guys, though. Ed was an awesome guy. He was a jerk sometimes, but for some reason, you couldn't stay mad at him. Ken is totally a rock star in the making. He's freakin' hilarious too.
Josh, however, is a jerk. I really can't stand the guy anymore, which is odd since we got along so well when we first met. He pulled a lot of idiotic stunts before I moved out too. Right now, the boy owes my mom $80 since she paid his part of the electric bill. However, the boy doesn't want to pay. My mom then confronts his dad about this. You'd think we'd get the money after this right? Right!? Hahaha! You're silly. Apparently, he blatantly lied to his dad and said that I owe him money; $100. He said it was for a cable bill that I didn't pay. The problem with this, however, is the fact that we no longer had cable, so there was no bill to pay. Anyways, because of this child's silly antics, my mom might not get her money back. Horrible.
Anyway, that's not to say everything in Arizona was horrific. There are so many good factors that I almost regret leaving. Almost. I'll write more about that later.
