INTERNET GET!!!! ....sort of
WE HAVE INTERNET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This calls for a lot of celebration. Also, soon I will friendslock this journal since I am now out in the "real world" and it seems best to keep private stuff, well, private.
Well, technically, I should say that we mostly have internet. See, the install CD we are supposed to use, and flipping through the book that comes with it, part of the install process is verifying how we go about paying for internet... well, the CD's programs do not run on an English OS. So we cannot actually finish installation. I'd just chuck the CD in the pile and say "whatever" except for the part in the manual about payment options... now I have to find the customer support number and see what we can do about this. I don't relish trying to hash out payment details over the phone. >.<;
To do today:
- figure out how to setup something I cannot setup
- go to the store and buy groceries
- finish work that I couldn't finish this morning at work
