Only four prezzies left
Dave and I got all the nieces and nephews done, my mom and Jeff. Tomorrow, my mom is spending the day here in Oshawa, so I'm getting together with her and I'm going to pick up Cathy, Glen, Amy and Dave a little something.
There's a little sushi place that just opened up in the OC a little while ago called Mac Sushi. Of course, I've been calling it McSushi. I will not eat sushi from the little places in malls like that, only from sit down restaurants. But the most important part of this is, Pocky lives at Mac Sushi!! It's just little one sleeve boxes, but they have chocolate and strawberry. Dave and I were walking by and it caught my eye. Guess who bought two boxes?
The mall at Christmas sucks! Most of the places in the food court were screwing up orders badly. Dave was going to get KFC, but they managed to botch every single order. Even A&W was bad.
A majority of our stuff has been moved. There's just some straggling boxes left in hallways, and a mess in our two upstairs bedrooms. But we can get that sorted slowly. Of course, Dave already has his Transformers set up, and I've got all the bookshelves filled. Our dressers aren't even in our bedroom yet. We know how to prioritize.
I think in the new year, I'm going to treat myself to a small trip to the Wool Queen. I've been thinking about buying some self striping sock yarn and making some baby socks. I think that a lot of my knitting energy from now on will be focused on the baby. I also want to knit a toy and when I stuff it, turn it into a rattle. But I'm having a hard time deciding what I want to make. I'll compile a list, and then I'll post a poll or something. Or maybe I'll make them all, who knows.
Nikki made chocolate chip cookies. I can smell them down here. Now all I can think about is a glass of milk, cookies and Pocky......
