Well, it's been a good forever or so since I wrote last... much has changed...
Basic Training has come and gone. I lost a lot of weight, got into shape and still have no clue what's going on in my life. Okay, so some things never change. I had a good time though, blowing things up and feeling mildly important for a change. We'll see if it lasts.
I went to a party up in Lansing with Aly and her work cohorts this weekend. It was of great amusement! The Katies were there (one was the hostess). Nate and Amy (or Aimee?) and Zach. Everyone was pretty cool, even though it was sort of a geek fest. Hey, that's me! Well, I seem to fit in okay then. At any rate, it was quite a hoot, and it seems like everyone enjoyed themselves. Marguritas were abundant, Aly was sloshed and everyone had many laughs at everyone elses expense. The perfect party, perhaps?!
On to this week... job searching. Hooray! If I don't find a job by July I'll resort to waiting tables or retail again. Ack! I have a distaste for both, but what the hell, ya know? Money is a good thing, so I guess any job is better than no job!
