Japan Update!
But before that....
Yeah I'm sure just about everyone's seen this already huh!!! The song's pretty much Get Me Bodied 2 but I dun mind. I loved Get Me Bodied, and tot it was a waste it wasn;t a bigger hit. I think everyone should learn to dance this man. Half an hour, and your body is gonna be in hot hot shape!!!!
As for the whole Gwen Verdon/Bob Fosse controversy, I really don't see the problem. She's paying them a homage isn't she? Didn't she credit them? Anyway I'm not a huge Beyonce fan, and I do think she's over exposed at times, but damn I would pay good money to see her live. You just know she's gonna blow your mind.
And on to the Japan updates, well I'm STILL in my cousin's apartment. And I commute 2 hours to get to work. O_o Yeah hopefully i move in to my own place by next week. It's gonna be another place in a residential suburb outside Tokyo, Will prob take an hour to get to Shinjuku or Shibuya, so I probably won't be hitting town too often. In any case, there's a city called Machida just two stops away, and they have everything there. From Tokyu hands, MUJI, OIOI, to Lumine, I think you guys will like it.
Besides, the area where I hope to stay at, is next to a university. *wink wink* Lots of eye candy. Another reason is the cheap rent. It's shit small but I can fit 2 or maybe 3 visitors, if you guys don;t mind the squeeze on the floor. But cheap rent means, I can basically spend more money on gym, my hair, shopping and booze. You know, all the important things in my life.

Oh yes! I had a ghostly encounter at my cousin's. Not sure if I dreamt it, but I DID hear someone whisper "HELLO" in my ear while I was asleep. Yeah since it's not "KONNICHIWA" I let it slide. Ju On ain't getting my hot ass here.
I also pulled my first all nighter drinking out at some bar on Sunday. The guys were treating me initially, UNTIL they realised just how much I could drink. I was downing that soju like it was love juice. I mean seriously. 25% alcohol. What's THAT???! Sheeshhhhhh.....
I dun get why the Japanese like to play that water game. U know... where they take a drink, then kiss you and pass you all the drink in their mouth? I'm cool with it, as long as there's alcohol content. but PLEASE, no plain water ok?
I also have my own keitai (mobile). And I can watch TV on it. HOW FARKING COOL IS THAT. I just click this button, and it detects whatever airwaves is around. Bloody hell. And oh yeah my keitai's white. I was thinkig about the purple one, but then decided white was more errrr winter themed.
I'm definitely seeing the upside to being in Tokyo, what with the upcoming gigs by Blood Red Shoes, The Kills, Janet Jackson, Ting Tings and Death Cab For Cutie. I missed Deathcab when they were in Singapore, so I really hope to catch them this time round. I just need to find a fellow indie aficionado to go rock the venue with me, and it's all good.
And in other news. You are all still sorely missed. :(
