It's a miracle!
I got Mass Effect to run on my laptop! I had recently upgraded to a 750 gig notebook hard drive (sure was easy to install, much easier than a desktop), and two gigs of RAM (previously I only had one gig), and I thought, hell why not try to install it? I could just uninstall it again. And lo and behold, it works! It also looks hella ugly, compared to say, World of Warcraft and Dragon Age, but hell, at least I didn't waste my 50 bucks!
I'm just glad no one in the game can make a comment about how Shepard looks so spastic, moving around, bumping into doors and walls... And why is she shooting at nothing? I haven't yet gotten used to the controls. I guess I'm buying ME2 for Christmas!
