Mission accomplished: Reituki mood theme! + sharing a skit and pics.
I DID IT!!! I'VE PUT TOGETHER THE REITUKI MOOD THEME!!!!!!!!! *beams proudly* I have to admit that it wasn't that bad this time around even though with LJ being hit with a DDoS attack and some stuff on the site not working, like gifs not animating or pages loading weirdly probably because I already went through it once and knew how tedious it'd be. But there! The Reituki mood theme is in use! It was made by combining the Ruki and Reita mood themes the Reita one came from lily_nin and after I was finished, I noticed that I used more Ruki icons than Reita ones...
Speaking of LJ's DDoS attack, I have to give it to them for handling it so well this time! When the last major attack took place in July, the place was pretty much down for a week's worth of time and if you could access it, it was equivalent to a high-state bet. I lost a comment or two I was writing and didn't even attempt to do a post for fear of that hard work disappearing into the abyss of the net. But this time, the site has remained pretty functional! *crosses fingers* Well, except for last night, when I could not get it to work at all until I used Firefox (I was using Internet Explorer before) and even then, I was at the edge of my seat anticipating a crash at the worst possible time. As a result, compilation of the Reituki mood theme took place over last night and this morning.
Speaking of Reituki, I wanted to share a little skit that I wrote in preparation for my Japanese test last week. It was inspired by the new red bass that Reita was showing off during the Tokyo Dome live and my tiny story about how he got it~

ルキ：麗くん、クリスマスのプレゼントは何がいいと思う？
麗：ええ？だれにあげるの？
ルキ：れいたくんにあげる。彼は何が好き？何がほしい？
麗：あの… れいたくんはバイクや映画がとても好き。だけど、新しいベースがほしがっている。
ルキ：ベース？
麗：うん。いつも同じのを使っているんだ。新しいベースをあげたらどう？
ルキ：それはいいかもしれないね。じゃあ、今日は楽器店に行く。
Translation
Ruki: Uruha-kun, what do you think would be a good Christmas present?
Uruha: Huh? Who are you giving it to?
Ruki: I'm giving it to Reita-kun. What does he like? What does he want?
Uruha: Umm... Reita-kun really likes motorbikes and movies, to name a few. But it seems that he wants a new bass.
Ruki: A bass?
Uruha: Yeah. He's always using the same one. Why don't you get him a new bass?
Ruki: That's a good idea. Alright, I'll go to the instrument store today.

So of course Ruki went to Uruha to ask advice since Reita and Uruha have been friends since practically forever! I'm still wondering whether I should write a part two for this skit...when Ruki gives the gift to Reita and watches Reita's reaction as he opens it~ *has a slight spazz imagining it*
Reituki pictures! This is one of my favorite ones; in fact I loved it so much that I went ahead and found the clearest video of the moments before「DECOMPOSITION BEAUTY」started, which is when it took place. Reita is tuning his bass and asking Ruki's opinion. Then he stands up and starts playing his「未成年」solo.
