I'm an impatient man.  The rate at which my body is changing shape is not satisfactory for me.  That is why I'm attempting a drastic dietary change.  I will substitute one meal a day for a light-formula Muscle Milk.  It's only got 150 calories per serving and 7 grams of carbohydrates.  It packs 20 grams of protein though--more than a whole chicken breast.  I think this, in addition to other smart dietary choices, will really change the way my body deals with the fat I have packed on.
