It could have been so much worse...Peter could have walked in on the aliens naked...
Ok so i saw War of the Worlds tonight and boy do i have a lot to say...
1st off good movie, tho a lot of plot holes and an ending that could have been more impacting...and dont worry i wont ruin or tell anything...i know i tend to ruin things...
i had one comment at the end of that movie..."I bet Andrew Dickenger would have survived that!"
this all could've been avoided if Peter walked up to the Aliens and said "it could have been so much worse" of course he would have surpised the aliens, not so much b/c he would be there and they didnt know but b/c he would be naked therefore the aliens would have left scared for life and would leave our planet alone for a long time...
but anyways so i have something to say about movies like this, strange or unusual things falling from the sky are never good...and in movies u see ppl checking those things out, getting close in and what happens is something pops up and kills everyone until a solution kills them in the end, i mean havent ppl learned their lesson to just leave things alone or watch from a distance, i mean if people were smart they'd run at first sight but of course ppl are curious little buggers and i dont want to sound like i wouldnt be but i dont want to die...and no matter what any alien contact we've had (in movies)it never ends up well, and u know what no matter what we're all doomed anyway b/c when something does fall from the sky and an alien pops out, and lets say that they're actually looking for friendship from our planet this is going to happen...everyone is going to run away screaming in terror and the only one standing there is the fat man, who is retarded and chewing on his own shirt claiming he's "The" cookie monster, randomly shouting random physics equations perfectly, and telling the aliens he's an ATM machine b/c thats where he came from for some god forsaken reason, therefore the aliens will be so confused, take it as a threat, thus the human race is doomed no matter what...
in my opinion the movie terrified me
