Sleepless and thirty
I haven't slept all night. I don't think it's 30th-birtday jitters or anxiety... Just the simple fact that I had HALF a cup of coffee with my mom yesterday - at 4:30 PM - and that made my heart race the entire night. :P I think I dozed off around 4:00 AM and woke up again at 7:00, unable to go back to sleep... And today I have a big party to host. *ugh* But I hope I'll be high on all the things I need to do; cook and be social. I'm having a sort of middle-eastern theme on the food and have also downloaded a ton of themed music to play in the background. And I have mom here to help me make it until 2:00 PM when the first guests arrive.
