My sister has the dreaded H1N1 flu so I had to go downtown, bundle her up and drive her and the dogs back to The Big House where there's sufficient space to prevent infection. Since my dad has asthma and my mom has acquired COPD (which she refuses to acknowledge or get diagnosed), guess who's the only one that can interact with the respiratory disease-ridden person?
Yeah, that's right.
I had to take the train to get downtown though. As we passed by the stadium, I happened to look out the window and what should I see but a bunch of filming trailers. Keen-o; I pass by filming trailers every other time I walk the dogs. 99% of the time, I don't know who it is (the exception was some little film with Ryan Philippe and I only knew that 'cause he was signing autographs outside his trailer and I only got his autograph 'cause I budged in line but to my defense, I didn't see the line and also the autograph was for my sister and cousin 'cause DANG, he's short).
So, yes, filming trailers. Ho-hum. Then a couple metres away from the filming trailers was a white truck with a globe decal and "Daily Planet" across the globe AND THEN I MIGHT HAVE SQUEAKED. SMALLVILLE HAD BEEN FILMING WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF OUR CONDO and oooooh, I wish I could have stalked visited.
Damn, H1N1. Everyone, get vaccinated, wash your hands, sneeze into your elbows and stock up on Vitamin C and garlic.
