The never-ending quest for birthday presents
This year, Rae and I (well, Rae, really) started the tradition of BFF superhero action figures. Her birthday is coming up NEXT WEEK and I still have to buy our dolls.
The options are
1) Cable (me) & Deadpool (Rae)
2) Superboy/Kon-el (me) and Robin III/Tim Drake (Rae)
3) Lois (me) and Catwoman (Rae) --> Girl dolls are EXPENSIVE and RARE unless you're Wonder Woman. ARGH.
-OR-
4) Lois (me) and Robin I/Dick Grayson (Rae) --> These are the dolls that Clark!doll and Bruce!doll love with equal fervour, not necessarily romantically in Bruce's case but, y'know, Dick is his KID. If Bruce or Clark had to come back as The Crow, they'd do it because Dick or Lois were murdered violently.
5) Gambit & Rogue (me) and Beast & Iceman (Rae)
