She liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiives! AKA the Trimester Fannish Roundup

May 02, 2007 09:43

Forgive my abscence, dear flist, because I've been frantically trying to finishing my fics (try saying that three times fast) as well as enabling lady_sarai with her fics. I'm happy to report that Elemental is going swimmingly. The others... not so much. Am going to be so very, very late with the silvermarvels entry; resolute could probably comiserate with sionnain about my fantabulous ability to let deadlines swoop past my head over and over and over again. *le sigh*

All the other cool kids are doing monthly fic round-ups. I wish I could be prolific enough to warrant monthly round-ups but no, I seem to be capable only in verbosity. As such, I bring you all my trimester fannish round-up.

Ongoing
Elemental - Someone is after the Summers brothers. The bad news is they've already succeeded in taking Adam. The worse news is that Scott, Remy, and Alex have to work together to save him. And you thought the Brady Bunch was dysfunctional.

January
The Phoenic Crisis - Second in the a Phoenix Alternative Trilogy. Jason White's illness isn't the only crisis at Xavier's School of Gifted Children. Lois, Clark, Richard and Scott try to figure out what to do with their lives now.

February
Because Thorns Have Roses - While riding the bus to one of the Worthington Cure Clinics, Rogue briefly absorbs a mutant thief intent on stealing some of the cure to sell as black market weapons. Her decision to do stop him leads Rogue to a war on Alcatraz Island and a discovery of her own worth. A very, very, VERY late entry for sionnain's Hey, Remember How Cool We Were Before The X3 Writers Finished With Us? Challenge

March
" It Could Be Worse" - Fanart response to the jeannie_x_slim prompt:"Inclement Weather"

Richard, Bruce and Clark Walk into a Bar - A collection of crack between myself and lady_sarai that all started with that line.

April
Troubled - Scott tries to reach out to John the way Xavier once reached out to him. Written for summers_fling 2007.
