I've only got one exam left now ^^ My Maths exam yesterday was a lot better than I thought it would be. It was some smug person's idea to make really difficult practice exams to scare us into revising...but it worked and so I'm hoping I did good on the exam. The Chemistry one was today...what can I say? It was no better or worse than I expected

The history exam itself wasn't too hard, but there was one major problem with it and that's that my teachers had forgotten that they were changing the structure of the exam this year and taught us how to answer the old papers and then we were just told today a couple of hours before the exam that it was different, that really unnerved me. Especially since the time was cut down by half an hour too. It's only a two question exam, but I take a long time answering essay-style questions and I really needed that extra half an hour, I rushed the last question and didn't put in half the detail I could have managed. I should keep better track of time -.- But our teachers have said that because it's their fault we didn't know about the change in exam style if we do badly they'll pay for us to resit. But we're a pretty big class, so to be honest I hope they don't have to.
Well, my mum spoke to the head and she was being really nice and said she'd try and get it sorted today. I haven't heard anything yet, but I haven't had any problems either, so hopefully that's a good sign.
Yep, I've read Fruits Basket 5, it's really sweet, the third and fourth chapters are quite sad and the first two are funny ^^

Luckily the questions themselves were alright, but I know I didn't do as well as I could have on the second question at least.
Your time keeps growing ^^ More time's quite good, though six 45 minute lessons is really long, they're not all one after another are they? I can't imagine sitting in the same seat without being allowed to leave for that long. I hope there aren't any problems with any schools in your district too, having to resit whatever grade you get doesn't seem fair, especially if the problem was in another school.
It is pretty far to school, about 6 miles I think just to the town and the school's naturally at the other side, along a busy road and round a round-a-bout too, so it would be interesting walking it...though I guess the novelty would wear off pretty quickly!
You can't buy anything until June, remember?! Or you could pretend they just turned up unexpectedly ^^

What a long exam, it'd be so easy to get bored in the middle of it. I just worked out what it'd be in hours, and that's a 4 and a half hour exam you've got...starting at 8:15 is really early too, you're not going to be half asleep when you start are you?! (It's a.m by the way, I don't know what they stand for though, just stick with 24 hour time, you don't need them then ^^)
It was like that when I got on the bus for the first time, I'd never been on a school bus at first and found it fascinating, now it's just boring...
It must be quite fun, finding different ways to go to school, until you run out of new ways and get bored of the old ones again.

You can eat in your exams?! That's brilliant, I wish I could! We've only just been allowed to take drinks in with us. That must help bring inspiration ^^
I still get confused with 24 hour time, I'm so used to it I read it automatically, so if I fall asleep when I get home from school and look at the clock and see 20:00 I immediately think "No, it's 8 o clock, I'm late for school" But that's just because I'm an idiot and never seem to notice the few hours I've skipped in between ^^
It's really boring having to walk to school (or in my case the bus stop) you just see the same stuff every day. I once worked out the differences between the different ways I could reach the bus stops, I came to the conclusion they were all the same distance...
