AU in which Ellie has the Intersect
End Season 2 onwards, but going in a new direction
“Guys, I know kung fu!”
It was Ellie uploading the Intersect 2.0 which had intensified everything for John. Before that, he'd been attracted to Ellie and come to admire her strength. But when she stood there; like some Amazon Princess, triumphant over the bad guys, it had caused a stronger, more fundamental and very powerful set of emotions; desire, lust and need. He was still dealing with all of that on a daily basis, but he kept his reactions battened down tight. John concentrated on helping Ellie deal with and hone her new upgraded abilities.
Some months later; he Sarah and Ellie were investigating the local Carnival. Ellie had flashed on seeing the poster. They found that the shooting range was set up to be more or less unwinnable and the cuddly toys at the back contained illegal drugs. Sarah cuffed the carney and a S.W.A.T. team helped bag and tag everything before taking it away. Sarah went with them.
Casey led Ellie away from the scene, “I don't know about you, but I could do with something to eat.”
“Mmm, yes. I think this Carnival has caramel bananas as a speciality.”
“Sure does! Think the food stalls are over to our right.”
On the way, they passed the Sword Swallower. A tall, lithe man was right in the process of easing a blade down his throat in front of a rapt audence. Just beyond that was the very stall they sought. The air was redolent with the aroma of banana and caramel. John bought two caramel bananas on sticks; one for Ellie and one for himself.
“Here you go!”
“Thanks!”
As Ellie took the treat, she flashed.
“What is it, Ellie?”
She looked at the banana in her hand, “Hmm. The Intersect just showed me how to do this...”
Ellie tipped back her head and opened her mouth. John watched, transfixed as the entire banana slowly and inexorably disappeared. He groaned longingly; the images in his head were utterly pornographic.
Ellie grinned at John just after the banana vanished, “First time for everything, huh?”
John took her arm, “Home. Now!”
Ellie looked at John, then saw the hot desire in his eyes, “Wow. Yes, John!”
John steered Ellie into her condo, “I've wanted you for the longest time.”
Ellie laughed joyfully, “Well, it's about time, Mister!”
John kissed Ellie, “Gotta have you. Erm...please?”
Ellie smiled, “No problem, John. Help yourself!”
John looked her up and down, “Oh, I intend to,” he kissed her thoroughly, “And maybe you can show me that new Intersect skill of yours, huh?”
Ellie chuckled, “Later, John!”
“I'm hoping there will be many 'laters'.”
“Yes, John!”
He smiled, “Well, alright!”
He swept Ellie up into his arms and carried her to the bedroom.
