Game 6
Dangnabbit! ANOTHER freakin loss. This one was close. 13-12. *Shakes my head* We need to break out of this slump. And we will tomorrow night. We'll win tomorrow night, and that'll put us back on track.
I pitched and caught again, and I did really well. My sister and I had a little collision during the game, when we both went after the ball. I fell to the ground, did a roll, and hit the back of my head on the ground. It dazed me for a moment, but I got back up and continued pitching. Actually, my neck hurt more then my head.
I went 3 for 4 tonight. All of them doubles, and the one out was a line drive right at the third baseman. If I could run faster my doubles might have been triples. Damn getting older sucks. Oh yeah, I was told last week that that double I tried to stretch into a triple actually counted as a hit, and then just a regular out at third. Cool. So that made me 8 for 16 then, with an average of 500. Now I am 11 for 20, with an average of 550. It's nice to be over 500 again.
