Xena wrapped the double towel around of a waist and opened a door in a sauna which Hershe prepared for them beforehand. There was soft twilight in a room which was lightened only with candles and the oil lamps which let out gentle aroma of wild herbs.
Hershe fulfilled the promise and found almost all necessary components necessary for amazon bath: brooms from special herbs and aromatic oils.
Xena did not know, whether her ceremony was similar to that custom which was accepted in this world, but in Ancient Greece, the bride before wedding should pass through a ceremony of clarification. And Amazon bath was known since ancient times, as the best means for this purpose.
Meanwhile Xena was here alone she decided to take advantage of brief instant of a solitude.
She sat down on a stone side of round pool which was in the center of a hall and has looked in water, at her reflection there.
Tomorrow her life will change. And she should leave all troubles of the past here, wash off them with water, evaporate in a hot sauna, expel all sins of the past that can sadden her future happiness.
Xena touched her reflection, and the ripples has run on water...
