The Heartless are swarming. Many you may turn to me in light of recent events and wonder if I may of summoned them. I did not. Granted I am nearly healed but I do not have the strength to pull the Heartless through in these numbers. Nor do I have desire to. Bringing Heartless back in these numbers is no advantage to me. If I needed mindless drones to do my work I would of summoned Dusks, not Heartless. The Heartless have that default instinct to seek hearts, whereas Dusks do not. Therefore they are of no use to me. In fact now my own base instinct is to destory them. I attribute that to the return of my keyblade.
I will research into what caused the return of the Heartless myself. There are not other beings that can summon them in this number besides myself and my own Heartless. Whom, of course, was already destoryed by Sora and Riku. My only thought is some sort of dark power drew them here. But a being with that amount of power would be dangerous indeed..
