a day in the life of emily...
hey there, hi there, ho there, its a disney kinda day, lots of smiling faces as we pass along the way, let me take your hand, just like alice youre in wonderland, the disney parade................anyway
the past few days have been mildly exciting, saturday saw me turn down a date with samuel for babysitting my young cousins, i got to eat pringles and chocolate hobknobs and watch 'the girl next door' for an easy £20 which i enjoyed.
then sunday was a night at the toad, combined with bad karaoke and jen, sophie and anna....good stuff. AND just cuz im poor my daddy picked me up slightly drunk so i also got a free chinese out of it......bonus.
then tonight i went to the sizzler, or as i like to continue calling it, the harvester, for fun and frolics with lora, donna and holly which i thoroughly enjoyed mainly because i ate a strawberry sundae and lora and holly mimed to songs playing in the background which did amuse me. i believe donna still has a soft spot for rusty as the fact he was on her mind was bought up alot....i felt a bit bad rlly cuz i felt as if they all knew she liked him but they didnt want to say so infront of me kinda thing, even though me and her have already discussed that hes hers for the taking.....anyway, thats a whole other kettle of fish.
soooo...thursday: results...........eeeeek. although really, im not too bothered. only art and spanish, and i dont thnink ill do too shit in art and i can always retake spanish if its totally wank. plus thursday means picture house, which means my new skirt will be out on the tiles which im enjoying the concept of, so its fine, and i can either celebrate or commiserate with the accompianment of alcohol which can only be a good thing.......plus a certain english student might be there. but saying that im half excited and half scared at the idea of that because i dont think conversation with said student would be very riveting or easy to spark up, but anyway, lets not think about it.
apparently kelly hates me again now.......lol, well i know it came out wrong but i know what holly means. oh well, i seemed to get over that quickly enough.
so yeh......ooooh i got my reading tickets today....excitement! and my mommy gave me one hundred squidlets for my spending pleasure! how exciting.....i think shes a bit naive as to how much money i will actually need, but im not complaining, in her own words.... better to be safe than sorry....yeh, story of my life........
