so friday
the 3rd &4th graders sang to the upper school
ahh it was so adorable, and they sang "right now" which briana and i did in like 5th grade
school was pretty alright
-barb wasn't there
+mr schneider wasn't there
-----the sub for mr schneider was a biiiiitch. or not? but i was just really annoyed by her.
since it rained the whole fucking day our game vs Cherry hill west got cancelled
andddd we didn't have practice, so yay!
kathleen and i went to her aunt's house, kathleen took a shower
i looked at her cousins lenape yearbook & listened to music
it was fun, and her aunt is soo awesome.
then kathleen's aunt drove us to brendans house for his "suprise" party
too bad he already knew about it haha, whatever
as we pulled up these 2 guys who were nicely dressed walked up to the door with like a briefcase thing
i thought they were bible salesmen, but it turned out that they were the poker dealers. uhh awkward?
yeah it was a poker themed party because mrs beckett is awesome
everyone who was there: me, kathleen, rach, becca, emily greenberg, tj, eamon, scott s, setz, alex, john, mike puleo, tyler, and aaron. i think that's all
yeah we had 2 tables playing poker & the final 4 of each table went to the top 8 and competed for 1st 2nd &3rd place
kathleen and i were a team because well.. i didnt know how to play what so ever
the guys were definitely getting annoyed because we actually laugh+talk while playing and...cause we sucked. but only at the beginning
kathleen didnt want to play anymore, & emily greenberg was out so she joined my team
and we DEFINITELY made it to the top 8! we beat tyler and he was jealous :D
so that was exciting. at the top 8 table was 'emily squared' aka emily and i, eamon, alex, brandon, scott, sanjay, mike puleo, and tj. alex & scott got out way early. emily and i did suprisingly well! and the boys all got jealous and started making up excuses for why we were so awesome like "they are getting help from like 17 people." yeah alright. but yeah they couldnt possibly comprehend that girls could actually do well because they are boys and dont like to lose.
mmm yeah so emily and did alot of amazing things and won alot and then tj got out, which left eamon, emily squared, and sanjay.
emily and i got 2nd place!! eamon got first. and we only lost by 10 asshole chips. and we SO would have won if we didn't bet more than we should have one time. blah! but was good to get 2nd against like 29475 guys who actually knew what they were doing. i dont even care if it's beginners luck it's just good to prove a point that girls are cool & good at stuff.
mrs beckett is awesome and got prizes for the 3 winners. emily & i got $15 for starbucks, tabletop foosball table & a trophy haha. it was so cute.
yes then the guys started like wrestling. hahaha it was entertaining but then after awhile becca rachel and i just felt awkward watching so we played pool. kathleen & becca left so rachel and i played.
thenn my mother came & i left. yay so that was a fun night.
oh and i became best friends with the dealers.. they were really cool guys.
