Thoughts:
All of these courses in America are expensive! They are all more expensive than the European classes.  The flights were a little bit more expensive, but the main difference in cost is that of the class itself.  Housing is also another contributing factor.  There are a few areas in here and the other list that I wouldn't mind going to, but with the cost of everything, it doesn't seem cost effective to take the course in the US.  It would make more sense to save the money from the course and take a vacation with that money to one of the places where I didn't take the test.

Looking back at the cost of the Japanese course, some of these are a little cheaper or about the same. Frankly, this is what I had been expecting the costs would be for taking it in Europe and the US.
