I have been taking yoga classes for only a few weeks now, but I've got some serious muscle working in my legs already. When I wear heels, my legs just feel stronger and I think it helps me walk better. That's the only real area where I feel a significant difference so far, but I'm sure there are others that are just more subtle. I can't wait for my back to begin feeling strong so my posture can improve! I might go try out a pilates class tomorrow morning just to try something new... I'm still too scared of cycling. I like having the freedom to go to any RAC location so I don't have to drive out to the east side to go to my usual location on the weekends.

In other news, I got rear-ended at a red light the other day and then proceeded to lock myself out of my car, with it running, when I jumped out to see the damage. I watched as 3 cops wrestled to get a glorified coat hanger through the seal on my door to pull the handle open. I was laughing and in good spirits for the situation, but mainly because my car only had a couple scratches. Wish I could say the same for the other girl's car....

I have a new appreciation for my little mobile Fort Knox tank. Thank you little ford focus for being somewhat indestructible.
