I joined the RAC this week and I'm having a blast. I thought, "Hey, I'm really out of shape so I should take something easy the first day." Well, I chose yoga and got my butt handed to me. I was dying. I guess this proves A.) Yoga is tough and B.) I'm really out of shape. But I'm excited about getting healthy. I'm working with a coordinator (not a trainer, those cost extra $$$) and she asked me about my goals and is helping me find classes and exercises to work towards them. Basically, I like how my body looks right now and don't want to really change it except correcting my posture and toning and then overall I just want to start exercising to be healthy and as stress relief. I did Zumba too and had a blast. So right now I'm super ambitious and excited, let's see how long it holds.

Every muscle in my body = sore.
