No Sims 3 for me until EA magically releases a patch that will fix everything that Pescado fixed in his and then some.
That's right, you heard me. After all, you can't trust anybody who uploads hacks for the game because it isn't officially licensed by EA. Because obviously Pescado's patch has included some virus or spyware in the download that will break my brother's beloved computer.
...Yeah, yesterday I had this huge fight with my brother (who has Sims 3 on his computer) just because I mentioned that Pescado had a patch out already and EA didn't. He almost allowed me to download it, until he read that it was unfinished and that I had to download something else in order for it to work.
Seriously, I doubt that EA's patch will be as thorough as Pescado's. And unlike his, it will just be given to us and not frequently updated. It's so sad when you can't trust a company who you legitimately bought a product from.
Gee, what sounds better? A patch from a guy who you can actually contact if you have any problems with it that is guarenteed to have NO spyware or viruses in their downloads- or a huge corporation that doesn't listen to any of your whining and lets you fend for yourself?
HA. HAHAHAHAHA. Oh dear brother, you've got your facts all messed up.
In the meantime, I've been playing Sims 2! Having a damn good time playing around with Bunker and Castor's family. Maybe I'll post pics if I find the time. :D
