it's been a long, strange semester.
as most of you know, i have been living with a subleaser this semester. i didn't know this girl before she moved in, but i'd met her and she seemed nice, so i thought it wouldn't be so bad. however.
she had a party here two weekends ago, which i didn't mind a bit, but she promised over and over that she would at least try to straighten the place up before my parents arrived sunday morning (the party was on a friday night). i left for work at 3 p.m. on saturday and got home at 1 a.m. to find that the place was a wreck-just think nothing you'd want your parents to see. so i clean things up as quick as i can, and im her to say everything's already clean, i took care of it. however, since it was 1 a.m., i wasn't really thinking and threw a couple of dishes (all clean) in her room because they wouldn't fit in the kitchen.
i got home from class on thursday to find everything that belongs to her crammed into her room. literally-all of the food had been taken out of the fridge, all of her movies taken off the shelf, all of her stuff taken off of the bathroom counter. now, mind you, i never once said a word about anything ever "getting in the way," or anything like that. i finally got ahold of her the next day and she claimed she did it so everything would be out of the way for me and that i never wanted her there in the first place. this is odd, because every time she would come home, i would ask her to do something, sit and chat, etc. and she was never willing to stay at the apartment for more than 20 minutes from day one. she was always at her boyfriend's and i believe slept here at the apartment a total of 3 times in 4 months.
it's a very odd situation. i feel pretty bad because she called me some hurtful things that i didn't deserve. but at the same time, how freakin weird is it that she moved absolutely everything into her room, even out of the common spaces? i will be relieved to be out of this apartment.
