Well of course my allergies kept me up a good chunk of the night. I am so tired of my body preparing to sneeze and then just holding it in up there. Seriously, it starts to hurt after a while. Lucky for me a good blowing of the nose clears that shit right out. Oh well I have what... another 2 months of this... I cannot ever remember how long my allergies last. Because they are in go in such swift and brutal intervals.
Anyway I could not force myself out of bed this morning. I do not know why. I am just not feeling well these days. Maybe I am just getting lazy now that I never have to leave the apartment. Who knows, I finally manged to get up around 9:30 though. That is really late. Lucky for me I have nothing going today so I can take it easy. I have to do my reading. However, I am pretty sure that if I get through the first book I can call that good.
So I managed to get all the way through my first book. Thank god towards the end it becomes less about lecturing and more about demoing. So I can breeze through those sections much quicker. I was able to read through most of the rest of it in a little under 4 hours. That is good now I can focus on the other monster part of the manual.
So I had a nutrition appointment with the crossfit coach today. I learned all about the Paleo diet. That is the official diet of my crossfit gym. I am pretty sure it is the official diet of crossfit. Since its main goal is to make us overall good athletes like the cavemen of old. Anyway, I am going to have to bite the bullet on this one and increase my food budget. Since the whole goal is to remove processed foods from my diet. I remember when I first tried to do that. It was painful and expensive. I am going to have to really work at it. I will need to check more labels.
However, what is done is done. So I made my king ranch chicken. I will have to start the diet later. Because I have to eat what I already have. Lucky for me stuff like the bars and stuff can be almost gone. Anyway, I am still coming up with the best method to make this. I think that dicing the chicken and doing pretend lasagna is probably the best way to do it. Then again, I am not going to be eating much more in the way of processed food here soon so... hmm. Anyway that was a good couple of hours and a good stain on my oven.
Then when I went to take a bath today. My sink broke. Now I have nowhere to shave. OF course this has to happen when I actually want to shave. Oh well I am going to have to work at getting Roxy to jump up to the kitchen sink again. I guess I had better clear her a path. Uhhh oh well I am tired I Think I will just be lazy for the rest of the night.
