Well, we made it. Today, Americans chose progress. They chose equality. They chose freedom. They chose Obama.
I'm sad to see that Florida's Prop 2 passed, and at the moment California's Prop 8 looks like it will pass. What leads people to legislate hate? What drives voters to deny their fellow human beings the same rights they themselves enjoy? What makes people hate other people so much, that they feel they need legislation to show it?
What a sad existence that must be. :(
