It's autumn, and that means time for more cider! Thinking of doing a regular (6-gallon) batch of cider, along with a smaller (1-gallon, probably) batch of cyser, using czar_wolfhound's recipe. Brett says "as far as I'm concerned, we should always have something brewing!" I love this man. /^|ᴥ|^\
