1. What did you do in 2009 that you'd never done before?
Took temporary guardianship of my niece Melissa.
2. Where did you study/work?
I work for H-E-B (grocery company)
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Yes, my niece Heather just had a baby girl Dec 15th 2009
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Yes, my grandma on my dad's side. She died Thanksgiving day, peacefully in her sleep.
5. What countries did you visit?
None
6. Did you move anywhere?
Nope
7. What sporting events did you go to?
None, not into sports.
8. What concerts did you go to?
I went to the symphony and heard Beethoven's Emperor and Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet Suite.
9. Who was your Valentine in 2009?
My cat, Farley. He loves me unconditionally.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
A terrible sinus thing earlier this year, and uterine concern a couple months ago.
11. What was your best month?
December: new baby grandniece and two long weekends in a row. Woohoo!
12. Where did most of your money go?
Rent, groceries, bills... not much left over for extras this year.
13. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
New Baby!

Stayed home from work, but no fireworks, there was a ban because of the dry summer.

I read A LOT of books this year, but two good ones were Lover Avenged by JR Ward and The Phoenix Endangered by Mercedes Lackey.

Writing, exercising.

Eating fast food.

Spent it at home, relaxing by myself, my niece was with her mom.
