Chile, rank list, Match Day, graduation, buying a house, relocating, brother moving to Hawaii. That is done.
Residency started--outpatient neurology, psychiatry consults, cardiac ICU, medical ICU, cardiac progressive care unit, wards teams, night team, neurology floor/intermediate care/critical care.
My first vacation starts on Wednesday. Going to Copenhagen for a week with Kevin. I baked a cake yesterday (Verdens Beste!) for a party my parents had; we dropped it off, then went to malls--collecting clothes for Kevin for Copenhagen.
I had a slow morning. I'm going to go have lunch with mom and dad now. Kevin is at work.
There have been many things I have wanted to write lately, lots of things I have been thinking about. So--where else to look but my semi-private sandbox right here.
I'll be back sooner than the last break. Also, this message has a dearth of exclamation points, but be assured that the past year has been one of the strangest, most wonderful times of my life! And now, here I am, a doctor at Johns Hopkins, getting training in psychiatry, able to walk and wondering which way to run!
