(no subject)
the Good Charlotte and Simple Plan show last night was awesome!!
so, lets see.. the first band that played was Relient K, and they were pretty darn good, i must say..i was in the second row from the front for them.. i dont really have much to say for them.. only, they were good and i enjoyed them..
Simple Plan was next, after waiting about a 1/2 hour they finally came out.. when the sirens sounded the crowd went wild and out they came..Chuck was wearing a Hershey shirt, it was cute.. David looked like a gondalier(sp) from Venice, Sebastion, he was a cutie as always, i dont remember the other guys name but he was cool, Pierre had a mohawk, sorta, i dunno, i liked his hair.. they put on a really good show, they really got the crowd into it, all kinds of energy. Sebastion started singing that song by Snoop Dogg, Drop it Like its Hot.. it was SOO funny.. he got the whole crowd singing and dancing to it, it was fun.. well thats enough about them.
now its time for Good Charlotte! another 1/2 hour passed after SP, and GC finally took to the stage! Joel came out wearing all black with his white jacket, which he then took off to reveal his black sleeveless shirt, Benjamin had the same thing on that he did saturday! black pants, black hoodie that didnt have sleeves and a black sleeveless jean jacket over it, Billy was cute, he reminded me of Beetlejuice with his jacket :) and Paul, he was cute also, he had to sit in a chair the whole show the because he had a cast on his foot, but he was in a chair that had weels and it spun, so he would move around like that. They also put on a good performance, but when do they not.. they played a lot of their songs off of TCOLAD, and some off of TYATH, but the didnt really play any off of their self titled cd, and they didnt play We Believe or Moving On! but they did play I Just Wanna Live, and that was hot! ; ) there was some air humping going on by the singer during that song, must say it wasnt bad, kinda funny.. Joel came into the crowd, that was cool.. all in all it was a really great show, even tho i went by myself i did not mind, i had an awesome time!
i was going to try to meet the guys after the show but their tour buses were inside the stadium, it doesnt make sense unless u saw it, but the gaurds kicked us out, but thats ok, not like i havent met them before.. and the sign said that we werent allowed to take in cameras, so i put my digital camera in the car and just took the crappy dissposable one, so of course the pictures are crappy, but what do u expect.. im sneaking my digital into the show next wednesday tho, i dont care :) i would love a photo pass, but that aint gonna happen. o well, i had a lotta fun last night, so its all good :o)
i must add that i had to drive 2 hours up and back to see them, all by myself, and i didnt get lost at all! :) but the drive was very boring, and im not a fan of I-83 now, because i got cut off my TWO 18-wheelers! which almost caused two accidents, which woulda sucked.. stupid trucks..
