Fuck You
Fuck you Umass boston. This school is the most inefficient, unreasonable piece of aids university in the country. Mismanaged up the ass, political redtape everywhere, wasted funds, you name it umass has done it.
So as you may or may not know i am graduating this summer, im taking my final requirement at framingham state. That leaves me with 119 credits. So i go to the chairperson of management and she tells me if i request a waiver ( in which the commitee rarely denies them so i am told) it would then be ok for me to graduate with 119. So im sitting here patiently waiting until 2 weeks go by, so i email the chairperson on what the hell is going on with this decision. She gets back to me , oh it was denied.
DENIED!!!!????
Is this school on drugs? My request was valid and backed up with plenty of evidence of my good academic standing and how financially, taking a course for a credit that doesnt matter would be wasteful (and absurd) for me to go forth with.
Why didnt the commitee get back to me, i only supplied them with my fucking social security number,e mail address and cell number, the least they could do was contact me so i wouldnt be put in the position now to take a course PLUS pay a fucking late registration fee. EAT MY SHIT!!
So the chairperson now tells me i can take a one credit independent study. Oh gee thanks, that makes tons of obvious sense. When i meet with this woman im making a stand, im not leaving that office until i get that one credit waiver. Either that or my topic for my paper is gonna be how Umass Boston wouldnt allow me to waive one credit. for serious on that.
