Time to get outta here!
I've decided that over spring break, I need to spend some much needed time alone on my own. I'm going to be going to spend Spring Break camping, hiking and backpacking...it'll be good to get away from everything I'm used to and get out in the woods for a while. I'm going by myself just so I can clear my head and get some alone time which is absolutely impossible to get in college, especially with the world's most annoying/stinky roomate haha. On the subject of my roomate, I caught him watching Power Rangers for the second day in a row today! It's hillarious! Anyway, I'll be going by myself and of course with Buddy (my beagle). He likes trips like this, so I decided I'll take him along for some companionship, and he'll be the campsite security guard at night. I think I'm going to be going to Clifty Falls State Park near Madison, In but I haven't made up my mind for sure yet...if anyone has any suggestions of awesome parks that are within 2 hours driving distance, then let me know!! I can't wait to get out and get away.
Also, I recieved a job offer to coach North Harrison High School's Girls Varsity soccer team...Apparently their coach left and they haven't found another one yet, so they called my boss @ the YMCA and he recomended me and they want me. This would be a great opportunity for me and the job would pay around $3,000 for the season. The only downfall would be that I'd be coaching against my sister in her senior year...I don't think either of us would like that too well, but oh well, you've gotta do what you've gotta do, right?
