So I went to Reel Big Fish and it was really awesome.I noticed that the ska scene is way more united than any other kind of music I listen to...Skanking is fun, but it made me miss the Planet Smashers way too much.The first bands, The Couch Addiction and General Rudie were both good, but General Rudie were even cooler cause they have a song that goes "Rude boy, rude boy, yeah!".And I'm sure I heard a line that sounded like "Rudie can't fail", which is a Clash song, and now I have no choice but being in love with General Rudie.And they're on Stomp Records, Matt Smashers' label.Ahhh!RBF played a lot of old stuff, and it was cool.And they're old...And have you ever noticed that instead of saying 1-2-3 Go! Ska bands say "1-2-3 Ska!".Hmmm.
I think I'll have a job...I'm waiting for the women who called yesterday while I was at the show to call back..she said she'd call today...I hope I'll get the job, even if I'll probably have to miss the spitalfield/straylight run show for my training...awww.As long as I don't miss Hellogoodbye and The All-American Rejects, it's okay.
Oh yeah, and today I had my history class...and I wasn't feeling good at all...Chuck asked me if I was okay...and I fucking started crying.For no reasons.But no one noticed...except Chuck.And after, I was okay.Strange.
