I walked a lot in downtown Rock City this weekend.And I took a lot of art pictures for my project.It's in memory of Joe Strummer and it's called Urban Vietnam.Yeah.
I went to Napierville yesterday for the show.FLORENCE ARE AWESOME.check them out www.purevolume.com/florence i don't know if their new song is up on purevolume, but they're great...really.Live, they're even more awesome.The new singer is really good, no matter what some people say. I bought a shirt, talked with the (really really hot) drummer...I think he's the hottest guy I ever met...I talk with him sometimes on MSN....hmmm...the guys in this band are all awesomly talented and hot.Delson Drive were good too, and there's was a band playing called the ones, it was their first show and they did ramones and green day covers.We ran into them at the Subway, so we talked to them a bit and they were really nice guys.Napierville is a hole, but people there are nice.
The local thugs came and tried to get in the venue, cause it's a small village so they never really saw people dressed like people at the show...the security called the cops, the kids went outside and fight. Hardcore/Hip Hop. Guess who won.haha.The cops came...it was fun.
